Welcome to Nutrict – Food Allergy Scanner ("Nutrict", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Nutrict mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Nutrict provides tools to help users scan food products and identify potential allergens based on ingredient information. The App is intended for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding food allergies or medical conditions.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Nutrict offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Subscription details:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Prices and subscription durations are clearly displayed before purchase inside the App.
3. Free vs Paid Features
Some features of Nutrict are available for free. Premium features require a paid subscription, which is clearly indicated within the App before purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are the property of Nutrict or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of allergen detection results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrict shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
